The first American Idol XIII promo is here, featuring the new tagline YOU all voted for. The choices were:
Listen to their dreams come true.
A million different stories. One powerful dream.
Every story is different. The dream is the same.
The search for a superstar.
And the winner is…the Season 1 tagline, “The Search for a Superstar.” Going retro was my choice.
A pithier (and better) variation of the third choice is also part of the message: “Different Reasons, Same Dream.” Dreamers come from all different walks of life and circumstances, the promo says, but the dream is universal. Idol can help make wishes come true.
