According to USA Today’s Brian Mansfield, American Idol fans won’t have long to wait for a debut album from the winner. Whoever takes the Idol crown tomorrow will have an album out during the summer while the Top 10 are out on their 40 city tour.
Candice Glover and Kree Harrison have already recorded their singles and will perform them tonight on the American Idol final performance show.
Fans will be able to pre-order the winner’s album right after Thursday’s American Idol final. A first for the show–post Idol debuts typically are released in the fall, or even later.
