American Idol 15 winner Trent Harmon has signed with Rick Barker for day to day management. Barker was omnipresent during the two seasons Big Machine Label Group chief Scott Borchetta was the in house mentor.
Barker worked with Idol contestants, helping them to manage the tricky world of social media promotion.
Barker also managed Taylor Swift early in her career.

BIG MACHINE RECORDS artist TRENT HARMON has signed with industry vet RICK BARKER for day-to-day management. HARMON and BARKER first met during HARMON’s season of FOX-TV’s “AMERICAN Idol,” where BARKER served on the show’s Artist Development team and as Social Media Mentor for the contestants. BARKER was formerly a Dir./WEST COAST Regional Promotion with BIG MACHINE LABEL GROUP (BMLG) before taking on management responsibilities for TAYLOR SWIFT at the start of her BIG MACHINE career.
