Good news for FOX and American Idol producers. The ratings are UP this week:
Fox of course won the night with adults 18-49 and total viewers as American Idol averaged an 8.0 rating in adults 18-49, up 3% from last week and up 6% in total viewers to 24.2 million. On the night Fox beat the other four English language broadcast networks combined by 36%. That’s down 8% in adults 18-49 from last year’s equivalent episode on Tuesday, March 2. But among total viewers actually up vs. last year’s 23.5 million.
ABC was in re-runs last night. But still, it’s good news all around.
