American Idol Season 24 Auditions 3 airs Monday Feb 9. The new season features a NEW night (No Sundays), a new format and more. Lionel Richie, Carrie Underwood and Luke Bryan return to the judges desk, while Ryan Seacrest hosts as he has for all 24 seasons.

The cast headed south as the auditions took place at Belmont University in Franklin, Tennessee and “Hollywood Week” transformed into “Nashville Week” as the round took place in Music City.
It appears we are up for an interesting show on Monday (Feb 9) when it comes to American Idol season 24 episode 3. This week features a lot of front men and women who are used to performing with bands, a couple of young talents, a former record label artist, a The Voice reject, some more country talent and a few viral stars.
Brett Carlisle
Brett Carlisle is a 28-year-old rock singer from Oak Grove, Alabama. He is the founder of the band All or Nothing who has released original music, and is the current lead singer of the classic rock band The Great White. The band is best known for their 1989 cover of “Once Bitten, Twice Shy” which hit number 5 on the Billboard Hot 100. He tours with them. Interestingly enough, Brett also has released original music that fits more in the pop and EDM space including his latest song, “How It Goes” which makes his tone, which is a bit nasally and higher pitched, really shine. It will be interesting to see what he showcases on the show.

Christian Brown
Christian Brown is a country singer from Franklin, Kentucky. He is the son of country singer Marty Brown who has written hits for country heavy-hitters like Trace Adkins, Tracy Byrd, and Brooks & Dunn. Marty had some minor success with an album and a single charting on US Country charts in the 1990s. In 2013, Marty competed on Season 8 of America’s Got Talent, making it all the way to the top 24, where he was eliminated in the semifinals. Christian sings with a pleasant upper range that features a country twang.

Jackie Bluebird
Kaitlyn Vogel, a pop singer from Southern California, who goes by Jackie Bluebird, is a student at Belmont. She released the album “Can’t See The Stop Signs” in 2025 and gigs around Nashville. She has a quirky style that feels a bit throwback as she incorporates several genres into her music.

Jordan McCullough
Jordan McCullough is a worship leader in the Nashville area who is also a gospel and soul singer. He appeared on The Voice Season 17, at the age of 20, and gave a solid rendition of “Let Me Love You”, but didn’t turn any chairs. He has performed with and released music with worship music groups including Aware Worship. He also won a contest landing himself on popular YouTuber Terrell Grice’s, The Terrell Show, doing Song Association. Jordan is a powerhouse vocalist who doesn’t have a ton of content out, so it will be interesting to see his growth from when we last saw him on TV.

Julianne Post
Julianne Post is an indie pop singer-songwriter from Farmerville, Louisiana. She has been heavily featured in promos. Her songwriting style feels conversational with a unique and stylized tone. She has released a few originals including her latest release “Die While I’m Dancing.” She won a Bluebird Café Golden Pick winner which she got a featured performance at the Bluebird Café in Nashville and a guitar.

Kayla Finch
Kayla is a singer and mother from Livingston, Alabama. She doesn’t have a ton of clips of her singing posted, but she has a rich, soulful voice. She is a bit raw, but has tons of potential.

Kiera Howell
Kiera Howell is a 16 year-old country singer from Geneva, Alabama. She is the lead singer of a band called Next Exit and she won the Kiwanis Covington County Fair singing championship beating 25 other singers. She has released one original titled “Don’t Tread on Me.” She sings with a lot of power, and a country cry in her voice. Some of her music includes gospel and rock elements. She sounds well beyond her years.

Kutter Bradley
Kutter Bradley is a country singer from Muscle Shoals, Alabama who now lives in Nashville. He often performs and brings a great presence to the stage. He appears to have been performing for quite a few years too. He sings modern country as well as southern rock and country rock. His music sounds radio ready including his latest release, “Headed to Texas.”

Lanii is a 19 year-old singer from Arizona. She has very little content posted, but she has one original uploaded to Tik Tok called “Can’t We” which is a soulful pop song that shows off a beautiful tone.

Livy
Olivia Spino, who goes by Livy, is a 22 year-old pop singer from Shinnston, West Virginia. She has had a few viral moments on Tik Tok including some comedy videos. But one of her singing videos in which she sings “All I Ask” has garnered 425K likes and 3.6 million views. She also sang “Lips Are Movin” to Meghan Trainor when prompted at one of her concerts. Her voice is big with great range.

Madison Moon
Madison Spencer who goes by the stage name Madison Moon is a pop rock and heavy metal singer from Orlando, Florida. She toured as a backing vocalist for the well-known female metal group Conquer Divide. She also plays acoustic solo shows where her music leans more pop. She comes from a talented family too as her dad also sings. She has two songs out with her latest release titled “Sinking.” One clip of her performing a metal cover featuring a metal scream went viral with 213K likes and 1.9 million views.

Mariana Shcherbak, also known as Miyoko Samurai, is a Ukrainian singer from Los Angeles. In her Tik Tok bio, it says she has traveled to 40 countries. Most of her covers are from Anime, and have a rock growl to them. Her Tik Tok following is large with 134K followers and her most viral cover of “Unravel” has 949K likes and 6.5 million views. She possesses a big personality, and also appears to have a lot of live performance experience.

Nyla Martin
Nyla is a 16 year-old soul singer from Charlotte, North Carolina where she attends the Northwest School of Arts. She has taken part in the National YoungArts Week in the Popular Voice category. She won the Childstar of Tomorrow 2025 at the Apollo Theater in New York winning $5000 for her performance of “I Am Changing.” Nyla has raw talent with a big range and a lot of soul in her voice.
Philmon Lee
Philmon Lee Thompson is a 26 year-old pop and soul singer from LaGrange, Georgia. Philmon is a ringer who once had a record deal with Epic Records. This deal lasted quite a few years too with his first release on the label happening in 2020 and his last in 2024. He also had major collaborations on the label including a song called “No Saving Me” with AGT alum, Lindsey Sterling, and “Baby Don’t Cry” with Young Thug. Philmon has a very recordable voice with smooth falsetto and soulful grit.

Roelle is a singer from Puerto Rico who recently moved to California. In the preview at the end of Episode 2, it looked like she was having an emotional reunion of sorts with someone. She also has been one of the most featured singers in promos. Roelle can straight up sing. She is able to tackle difficult diva pop songs, and her cover of “My All” by Mariah Carey racked up 29K likes and 183K views.

Trew The Star
Trevon Williams who goes by Trew The Star is an R&B singer from Montgomery, Alabama. In 2025, he released an EP titled “Long Overdue” with That Boogie. A video of him singing “Charlene” by Anthony Hamilton in a Waffle House went viral on Instagram with 232K likes and 2.9 million views and on Tik Tok with 1.1 million likes and 7.8 million views. Trew is a polished singer with great control over his runs.

Vincent Fondale
Vincent Fondale is a 26-year-old pop singer from Cleveland. He is the lead singer for the band Recess which lists their genre as “Epic Synth Pop.” They formed in 2008 and have won the Cleveland Music Awards’ Best Alternative in 2023 and 2025. In 2019, they were selected to be on Top Golf’s “Who Will Rock You” TV show where they were semifinalists. They have released quite a bit of music including an EP titled “I Heard You’re Happy,” and they play at a lot of festivals. Vincent sings with an emotive and smooth pop tone.

Isaiah Moro, also known as Zayuh Moro, is a rock singer from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. He is an up-and-coming Tik Tok singer with tons of viral videos including one of “Creep” that has 1.6 million likes and 10 million views. He often performs casually in local restaurants or bars, singing karaoke.
