Adam Levine On Leaving The Voice “I Was Constantly Working” (VIDEO)

Adam Levine Ellen DeGeneres Show

What has Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine been doing since he left The Voice? The singer dropped by the Ellen DeGeneres show recently to chat about what life has been like since abruptly quitting the show.

“I really do miss it. I love the people that I met and worked with, and obviously we all know how I feel about Blake [Shelton],” Adam confessed to Ellen. “I do miss it, but I also don’t miss how much I had to work. I was just constantly working for so many years. Very lucky, very fortunate, very blessed, and all that, but just to be able to stop in this moment to spend time with my new young family and just have the greatest time ever.”

His kids with wife Behati Prinsloo, Gio and Dusty Rose, are one and three years old respectively. Check out the conversation below.

Speaking of Adam’s kids, in this clip, he reveals that Dusty Rose hates his singing, even asking him to stop when he picks up his guitar. Also, Adam says all the extra time on his hands after leaving The Voice will allow him and his band band Maroon 5 to head out on tour, which they will be doing soon.

Watch Maroon Five perform the band’s new song “Memories” dedicated to their late manager, Jordan Feldstein, who died suddenly at age 40 in December 2017.
