Adam Lambert performed a special version of his song “Ready to Run,” from his recent Velvet album, backed by a socially distanced band in support of presidential nominee, Joe Biden.
The American Idol alum took part in Biden’s ‘Celebration for Change,’ a live streaming fundraiser for the Democratic presidential candidate, on Sunday night (July 26). The live stream also featured John Legend, Andra Day, Sara Bareilles, Barbra Streisand, Dave Matthews and more.

“We’ve got #100DaysToGo until the presidential election,” Adam wrote on Facebook. “Please join us Sunday night at 8pm ET for a #CelebrationForChange to make sure we elect @JoeBiden on November 3rd.”
After the fundraiser, Adam posted his performance on social media.
