Adam Lambert, Megan Joy, Matt Giraud and Anoop Desai take a break from rehearsal to chat with AccessHollywood.com Laura Saltman about their upcoming tour. Plus, Adam talks about his solo album.
Adam is excited for his set-closer, a Bowie medley that modernizes three of his favorite Bowie songs. Also be on the lookout for Adam’s special jacket that he describes as “be-spangled be-studded and be-leathered.”
On his upcoming album, Adam says the sound will incorporate classic rock, but be current and modern at the same time. Linda Perry, RedOne, Greg Wells, Kara DioGuardi are the collaborators he mentions that are part of a “really cool lineup of amazing songwriters and producers.”
Megan is very excited to be singing Amy Winehouse’s, “Tears Dry on their Own”, but promises not to have an Amy-like meltdown afterward.
Matt and Anoop don’t mind that the boys bus will be crowded, they plan to get out and enjoy the tour stops when they can.
