The song that kicks off Adam Lambert’s debut album, For Your Entertainment was written by Justin Hawkins, formerly of The Darkness.
Hawkins tweeted his own thanks to Adam for including him in the album’s liner notes, and for producing such a kick-ass song. Plus Hawkins extends an invitation to co-write:
Yay! @adamlambert thanked me in his album sleeve notes! I love Adam’s Music Again, that song has gone to a good home. Thank YOU Adam.
@adamlambert We should write together sometime! :)

In an interview with MTV news, Adam explained that the campy, theatrical song didn’t fit in with the album’s overall vibe. It’s another great Hawkins tune–maybe it’ll turn up somewhere else.
