Katharine’s been busy too
Here’s Katharine McPhee speaking with a reporter from Fox 25 News in Boston. She was interviewed live from NYC where the Crown Princess cruise ship was docked this morning. Later, she performed and appeared with Martha Stewart, who christened the ship. Katharine described her whirlwind day that included an early morning meeting about a possible endorsement deal with a cosmetics company.
She also recently met with Steven Spielberg. Katharine said it was a “getting to know you” meeting, with the possibility of something more specific down the road. She said it was “fantastic just to be in his presence”.
Tonight, she’ll be performing in Los Angeles in the JCPenney Jam for Kids, a benefit to support after school programs. According to this press release the show will be taped in High-Definition for broadcast on CBS August 22. It will also be produced as a special two-disc DVD/CD that will include behind-the-scenes clips. The DVD/CD will be available exclusively at JCPenney stores and online at jcp.com and AOL.com in August. thanks xocys
