X Factor Sued By Elderly Contestant Too Exhausted to Compete

First, it was former-pal, Simon Fuller suing X Factor for producer credits, now Simon Cowell’ new singing competition show is being sued by a trio of contestants–86-year-old Hyman Marks, his 54-year-old son, Stephen Marks, and 78-year-old wife, Helen Marks, reports The Wrap.
