Thank You Sarah… OK. The bad news first. Sarah wasn't passed to the second round.  Boo. The good news:  The judges were impressed with her performance of “The Nearness of You” (a standard recently covered by Norah Jones). 

The Latest on Sarah The producer's section is just about ready for Sarah's section.  She'll be heading down to the floor any minute now…. So far, 123 auditioners have been sent through to the second

Sarah's Still Waiting… Another update from our Memphis auditioner Sarah:  The producers are slowly making their way through all the auditioners.  The folks who remain are getting tired.  The concession stands ran out of food.
