I just checked. It IS very similar, but not identical. Kris’ shirt a brighter blue, and the design is different, but if they didn’t come from the same store/label I’d be surprised.

Adam changed his picture on his twitter. Also, Danny. Maybe Danny is teaching him the basics. That’s good. Maybe Adam will be tweeting more in the future.

I’ll be the first to admit that Danny looks a million times better shaved and w/o the affectatious glasses. He actually looks normal…not sleazzy.

I always said he looked like he needed to take a bath….now he looks like he has, and I think it makes him much more approachable.

I’ve always thought that he copies off of Kris, a lot. If you look at the pictures from the NY press tour, as well as photos from the season, Danny started to dress like Kris, of course the results were very different, and this could just be an example of the stylists lack of immagination. Also, Kris used to wear glasses, so maybe he wears contacts now.

This is blasphemy (LOL) but, yeah, I noticed the resemblance, too. That’s why I think it’s just another example of him copying Kris’ style. Shame he can’t copy Kris’ personality, class or musical ability/knowledge.

Kris looks so good in these pictures. He looks so laid back and at ease, and is not even hiding how happy he is to be there.

My first reaction looking at this picture was that Danny is trying to look like Kris now/again. Throughout the show, he always seemed to be copying someone else – what they got praised or noticed for. This guy really has no identity of his own other than telling us he’s an inspiration.

I like the other picture that Allison twittered better, even if it’s darker.

Great for Allison meeting with Dave Grohl. Would love to see some collaboration with Foo Fighters.

That is a fantastic interview by Joshua Miller of Odyssey magazine. One of the best Adam interviews I’ve read. Not the same old questions. Lots of new informati0n about. Love it!

I thought I spent a lot of time online before with Adam -related stuff, but now that the tour is starting it’s going to be crazy. Crazy good! I’m so excited for his future.

This is the best Danny has looked since he’s started on Idol. He would’ve appealed to a wider crowd with this look. He looks good with glasses, too. Whew! That’s enough Danny talk for me. I wish him well, and think he can learn the PR polish he’s been missing. I did like him at the beginning and do respect the voice. I expect him to be great live, so no ladies’ room break for me, lol.

Now back to my regularly scheduled programming. Adam looks sexy and gorgeous here, especially in the main pic. His hair has grown out from the shaved-sides look. Love it grazing down the side of his face like that. His arms look toned; I read somewhere he’s going to a trainer.

Danny looks 100% better in that picture. Partly because he’s not hiding behind a smirk, he’s looking openly into the camera, it’s such a nice change.

I adore Allison and love seeing her let her hair down and be herself more now that the show is over. She talks/tweets in an exuberant way that 17 year olds can relate to. I love her enthusiasm and am amazed by how cool she is at her age. I’d love to know more about her history.

Adam, of course, is always fascinating, and Kris is fascinating in his quiet mystery.

Danny doesn’t copy anybody. He’s his own man, and I applaud him for that. He has a great sense of humor and personality, as shown by his tweets.

Dave was looking really hot last summer at Virginfest, I was taken aback in fact, having impure thoughts, bwah. I think he had longer flowing hair and it looks as if he had a wind machine on him all night long, bwah. And he was wearing this black shirt that was translucent but not tackily so.

He looks more like his usual self in that photo. He is one entertaining performer, enjoyed their headlining slot immensely.

I think the desperate approach is not a good way to win the Glambert over.

I’m in line for a life right behind ya, because i noticed there is still a punctuation error and now IT’S (hint) bugging me. but punctuation is certainly more forgivable in the twitterverse. that “finally,” however, was causing some OCD anxiety.

Dave is such a cool, down to earth and generous guy, I wasn’t sure if maybe a collab was in the works. Bummer. I saw the Foo Fighters in concert not long after the Grammys last year and Dave had said that he thought Feist should have won and that he really loved her record. Nice guy, huh? BTW, the Foos were a total blast in concert, if you get a chance to see them, GO.

Looking at those photos again (and thinking about Allison’s interview w/ Lyndsey Parker), she looks so different from the days on the show – I think it’s the fact that she’s not wearing all that lipstick (hardly any makeup at all). Sign me up for some of that OCD therapy! That “finally” made me want to have the ability to edit his info so badly; I even sent him a couple of tweets about it – I could delude myself into thinking that he listened to me and just changed it entirely, but even I’m not THAT crazy (no, really). If Chris Cornell can write songs with an Idol (David Cook), I don’t think Dave Grohl would be snotty about it if it was the right one for him. Though, back in the day Nirvana and Soundgarden were pretty fierce rivals on the grunge scene…..

I think Slash gave both Adam and Allison some street cred. Slash is still relevant and has played with the best. It’s just my feeling that Adam and Allison are not being treated like karaoko singers by many in the rock scene. Kris isn’t a rock singer, but he seems to be respected by people like Jason Mraz. I think I liked the overall top 10 last year better, but I would say that the top 5 this year was stronger.

I have read every single article and watched every single video (I hope, LOL) about Adam and I don’t remember reading anything about him having his nose fixed.
Ross can you let me know where you read about it ? He still has that wide at the top, narrower at the end with a little bump nose, more visible in side photos than straight on (beautiful either way).

i remember when Danny first did the scruffy look, someone said he was just copying David Cook. That was an interesting point of view since I think, oh, a few million guys give or take a bazillion have sported the scruffy look when they want to look kind of sexy, since, I believe it was back in ’85 or so when Don Johnson popularized it on Miami Vice. And now Danny shaved and put his contacts in and he’s copying Kris. Okey dokey.
