Kelly Clarkson is set to star on yet ANOTHER singing reality show. This time, she’s headed to ABC for a summer competition called Duets:
Kelly Clarkson, Robin Thicke, Lionel Richie and Jennifer Nettles have been picked to search for musical protégés on Duets, which will premiere on ABC this summer.
Instead of sitting on a judges’ panel, these four superstars will head out across America to find two singers to be their duet partners. Each week, the celebrity and one of their charges will take the stage and perform in front of a live studio audience.
“The simple fact that I get to go out and find two people I believe in, sing with them every week and help them accomplish their dream is an amazing thing I can’t wait to be a part of,” Clarkson says in a press release from ABC.
