Jason Castro – Date Night – Better Late Than Never!

Jason is adorable.

Yay, love Jasonnnnnnnnn!!!! Too cute and sweet and all those words – first one yeah (eta – Pam you beat me I took too long to hit submit, so yeah 2nd one)

He’s too sweet. This might have been my favorite vlog yet – introspective and adorable. And over 4 minutes long!

I love that he is such a reader! The Kite Runner is a serious pageturner, I can understand him staying up ’til 6 to finish it.

Nice. I love that he’s such an avid reader. Yeah, he’s dumb as rocks. I wonder how many books KL has read in the past year. LOL.

Oh Jasonnn….he’s so adorable! Nice to know that he likes to read! I loved that he said he should shower but that he needed to be downstairs! LOL! Hope he took that shower eventually….

Note that introspective Jason did date night in a bathrobe. Just saying. Many people have also already volunteered that he could save time next week by just doing date night in the shower. That way he wouldn’t be late to the busses. No?

I love that he’s supposed to be downstairs in like a minute, but isn’t even dressed yet.

That was a whole lot of gibberish, thank goodness for the mute option. I can just look at his pretty self.

I love Jason’s videos. I love a man who keeps his promises. Thursday is the new Tuesday. LOL. Too bad about the internet connection but the wait was worth it. Jason’s inspiring me to get back into reading real books instead of just reading website screens.

My sister who basically couldn’t care less about him, even though she thinks he is beautiful, watched about 30 seconds of that vid and is now in flove! The Power of Jasonnn!

Does the end of the tour also mean the end of date nights? Does that mean only four more Tuesdays to go? :unsure_tb: I will miss them!

He was eloquent and fit in quite a lot in those 4 minutes. Loved hearing about the books he’s reading and his thoughts on his future. I’m so darn excited about his album! I hope he takes his time with it.

I don’t think I will ever tire of hearing Jason talk. His words, his phrasing, his thoughts, his facial expressions are really charismatic and captivating to me.

Man, I’m actually really going to miss seeing all the Idols together after this tour’s over. The blossoming Castroleta friendship especially – TOO freaking CUTE.

I have been thinking a lot lately about the end of the tour and how much I’ve enjoyed this journey with them all this year and then Jason talks about it and wonders if he will ever see these people again. It made me sniffle because I just think this year has some magic to it and want them all to succeed and keep in touch.

Jason is a delight. His personality is just so incredibly chill and engaging.

It’s kinda sad how he’s thinking about the end of the tour; it’s like the end of summer camp or a cross country trip.

I never would have thought I was going eagerly await a weekly vlog from a blue eyed Texan Colombian with dreads who finished 4th on American Idol.

These Date Nights just keep getting better and better. This one and the Carly one are probably my two favorites. Loved the first one at home with Jackie and Betsy too.

I’m going to miss The Class of ’08 :down_tb: I hope they stay in touch. It would be awesome to see them together again sometimes.

I’ve been a bad Jason fan of late and haven’t been keeping up. I just went to castrocopia and it looks like JCas has been featured in many Spanish language pubs. In the most recent one they have posted they asked him about the FARC hostage release. I was kinda wondering what he thought about the situation, although he didn’t say too much other than how sad it was.

Someone early on wondered if the end of the AI Tour meant the end of Date Nights with Jasonnn. I was thinking the same thing. I hope not.

I hope Jasonnn will keep the date tradition going with v-blogs — at least every couple of weeks or once-a-month, if not weekly. It’s a great way to keep in touch.

Jasonnn is a doll to send us the v-blogs. I loved what Cheese (I think it was) said about not being able to understand much of what Jasonnn was “mumbling” when he talked between his songs at her concert. But she didn’t mind and wished he had talked longer, even though she couldn’t understand him. During his concert set, Jason seems to feel a little awkward and doesn’t know quite what to say. I think he should just talk like he does in his date night v-blogs, only he wouldn’t have the time to talk quite as long.

Hope Jasonnnn gets a grand welcome in his home town, when the Dallas concert comes around. (That’s where I’m from too.)

Body: Ok so I just got off the phone with dell after an hour. My computer has been struggling these last few months, to say the least. Haha 2 inches of my screen went out a few months ago, I could live with that. My sound started shutting down around that time to. In order to hear anything I had to put something in the headphone jack and push down. Haha I managed to get by but TODAY, well it was the last straw. My left clicker stopped workin, leaving me paralyzed. Right as I was about to post date night! Aaaah!! but I’m gonna try to borrow a comp from somebody so let’s not fret yet!
