Adam Levine Defends Christina Aguilera Against Body ‘Bullies’ – On The Voice, Adam Levine and Christina Aguilera bicker like siblings – but off-screen, Levine is a big defender of his costar. “The fights that everyone thought we were having were fictional,” Levine told reporters at Friday’s press event for the show. “We never hated each other. We never had these secret battles that everyone thought we were having.” Levine, 33, even goes so far as to stand up for Aguilera, 31, who has been the object of criticism for her weight. ‘Glee’ stars rally for Obama at UNI – CEDAR FALLS, Iowa — Fans of the hit TV series “Glee” had two incentives to attend a Saturday Obama campaign rally at the University of Northern Iowa: Artie and Tina. Cast members Kevin McHale, who plays Artie Abrams, and Jenna Ushkowitz, who plays Tina Cohen-Chang, stopped by UNI’s Sabin Hall to speak in support of President Barack Obama’s re-election and pose for pictures with a roomful of fans.     Glee stars supporting Obama…. As their big boss Ryan Murphy became a fundraiser for Obame.. do they have a choice not to campaign for Obama ?

    I’m sure that they do.  Murphy is a television show producer, not a dictator.  He can’t force any of them to do anything that they don’t want to do.

    Well, if Xtina and Adam REALLY hated each other I doubt he would have featured her on  Maroon 5′s “Moves Like Jagger.”  As for her looks, her only problem is questionable fashion choice.  One could say the same for Cee-lo.  Truth is, they are both just being fun.

    Looks like Chris Evert Charities put on a successful event this weekend, They tweeted that $600,000 was raised for children and families in South Florida, in spite of Sandy, Bride of Frankenstorm, causing a 2 hr delay in the set up on Saturday due to the rain high winds.

    Demi Lovato sang the National Anthem at the World Series game 4 today (another Fox plug, with Phillip Phillips, Matthew Morrison, and Zooey Deschanel singing the anthem in the first 3 games).

    Why singers try to do so much with that melody is beyond me. My team’s writers (the Giants) were not entertained, with someone equating it to a “strangulated hernia with feet”. Ugh. Demi’s better than that. 

    At least she didn’t forget the words and it wasn’t the worst anthem I’ve heard.

    Blake Shelton will be taping a Christmas Special on Nov. 4. The Special will be called “Blake Shelton’s Not So Family Christmas Special,” airing on NBC (date TBD). Miranda, Reba, Kelly, and Blake’s mom will all appear. Expect to hear songs from Blake’s Holiday album, Cheers, It’s Christmas. :)

    That’s what I took from the letters but didn’t connect it w/an Elvis song.  Believe he said there’s a video for it that he & the guys had a lot of fun with.  Sounds like Crazy James is Back in Town too! It will be interesting & fun if that’s it–

    Looking forward to Nov.13! Nice to have some new music almost a year later, even if it is only one song. It will be interesting to hear his version, how rockin’ his arrangement is of the song.
    I’ll probably lose power very soon, it’s getting VERY windy. I’m at ground zero for Sandy coming ashore :( !
    I hope we’re not out long, but who knows *crossing fingers*
