UPDATE: Nigel Lythgoe tweeted this morning “I’m in NY on my way to the airport, flying to LA this morning then back to NY tonight. I’m very excited I get the new IDOL judges tomorrow.”

I have a MAJOR American Idol 12 audition spoiler from a source who tells me that the American Idol 12 judges round will take place on Sunday September 16 and Monday September 17 at Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York City.

And yes. I can confirm that Nicki Minaj, Mariah Carey, Randy Jackson and Keith Urban WILL be there to audition hopefuls!

I will post updates as soon as I have them!

I have NO idea why American Idol has NOT made the announcement. She didn’t know either–my source, that is.
