American Idol 10 is down to it’s top 60. The remaining contestants traveled to Las Vegas over the weekend. Today and tomorrow the top 60 will sing a Beatles song with the cast of Love by Cirque du Soleil.
The judges will then cut 20 people. The remaining contestants will make up the Top 40 of American Idol 10. Those 40 contestants will then head back to Hollywood (a.k.a. Pasadena) on Wednesday. They will be going home on Friday, the 17th.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, there will be a press conference in Vegas tomorrow (Dec 14).
The Top 40 will head back to Pasadena on Wednesday for two more days of “Hollywood”. Joe hasn’t hear yet what will take place in those final days.
Oh, and apparently, the first disqualification went down. Joe promises more goss on that later.
