While his fellow contestants trotted out predictable song choices when left to their own devices last night, Chris Rene busted out his guitar and an original song and had the break out performance of the night, putting him in the #1 spot this week.
If Marcus Canty ends up in the Bottom 2 for a 3rd time, I can’t see the judges saving him yet again. At some point, you’ve got to listen to the people, right? If we say Do. Not. Want. maybe ya’ll should be listening? It’s not like the show’s rating are breaking records or anything.
As it is, I think we’re looking at a Melanie-Josh-Chris finale. But you never know. Stranger things have happened.
