I may be a little crazy in saying this, but the act I am most looking forward to next week is the mixed group created by the judges. I think the Kelebek is a star and the other two in the group compliment her nicely. In my mind, a definite lock for top 12.

Returning contestant Matt Gresham is the star of the Overs. I will be shocked if he doesn’t make it. Last season I would’ve picked him over Carmelo for the replacement spot that Mel B got after Josh Brookes was disqualified, but maybe it was all meant to be. Because Matt will surely shine this season.

I loved, loved, loved Good Question last season. And was sorely disappointed when Ronan chose What About Tonight over them. Now I am not saying Joelle (the better half of season 4’s Good Question) is a lock for the top 12, but for last year’s epic appearance I will give her a shout out.

Oh Georgie, Georgie, Georgie. I have no idea where you will fit into this marketplace of music, but I still feel like he is probably going to make the top 12 and go very far. Post-show career is questionable, but crazy things can happen. (Special shout out to anyone who went to watch Elise Testone semi-final performance of this song after watching the video)

Jai is a-freaking-dorable. Do I think he deserves a spot in the final 12? Maybe, maybe not. Do I think he has broad market appeal and could potential be a massive star. Abso-freaking-lutely.

Let’s be honest for a second. We all know that Vendulka should’ve been chosen over Shaine Hawke last season. We all know it. I mean for real. I like Vendulka, but I think her competition for the three girl spots is even tougher than it was last year. (Perhaps not the year before that: Tyla Bertolli anyone)
