The X Factor 3 judges, Simon Cowell, Demi Lovato, Kelly Rowland, Paulina Rubio and host, Mario Lopez, spent the last 3 days in long Island, New York auditioning hopefuls. Here are a few highlights!
Well. There was THIS on Friday. Demi Lovato twerking for Simon Cowell! Enough said.
And then SIMON JOINED IN. Seriously.

Simon Cowell was late on the first day for the afternoon taping. “It’s a girls’ day for a couple of minutes,” Demi said. “I knew he was going to blame this on me,” she added.
Once he arrived, Simon told an auditioner they were old fashioned, then another he had the worst audition he’d ever seen. Something new. /sarcasm.
Check out this press conference from yesterday. Demi said it’s “like a bachelorette party” when a good looking guy walks on stage. Kelly Rowland insists Simon Cowell is a bigger diva than any of the girls.
As as far as the new judges, Simon says the panel is bringing back the warmth missing from other singing competitions that are more focused on arguing. Shade thrown in American Idol’s direction!
Simon also predicted, once again, that there will be a bigger focus on girl groups this year. Kelly added that as wonderful as it was being in Destiny’s Child, they have to find someone better.
