On FOX, American Idol earned a 4.8 adults 18-49 rating, up 7% from last week’s 4.5.
The ratings are following the typical pattern of rising as the competition gets closer to the finale. Idol ratings usually tick up in the final afternoon adjustment. It would be nice if the ratings rose to 5.0, but a 2 point adjustment is probably too much to ask…
