So tonight tune in to American Idol ! I was asked to stop by during the “Boot Camp” week to give the new contestants some words of encouragement and let them in on what i’ve learned and experienced in the past year . They were all awesome and had tons of questions . I told them all the tricks i’ve learned to keep my voice in shape . Over the next few months they are gonna experience more singing then their voices are used to so it’s important for them to take this very seriously and look after themselves . I had fun catching up with all the producers and before I left sang a familiar duet with a good friend !!!!!! Enjoy
I’m assuming that “good friend” is Michael Johns, who has mentioned in interviews he’d be mentoring during Hollywood Week…
Bringing ex-Idols back to mentor is an awesome idea. Kelly Clarkson should be asked to mentor one of the Top 12 weeks, if you ask me.
