Here’s the video for Season 3 Voice winner Cassadee Pope’s single “Wasting All These Tears,” which is currently being promoted to country radio.
Cassadee recently told The Tennessean “I went through my rock phase, but now I’m back in a place where I feel the roots coming back from country music,” despite saying that her “heart is in pop/rock” after winning The Voice in December 2012. She made her debut at the Grand Ole Opry Tuesday night, performing “Wasting All These Tears” and her cover of the Miranda Lambert/Blake Shelton cowrite “Over You.”
“Wasting All These Tears” currently sits at #39 on the Country Aircheck/Mediabase charts and #37 on the Billboard Country Airplay charts. What do you think of the video?
