The final Knockout episode ended with a twist. Each of the coaches–Blake Shelton, Kelly Clarkson, Ariana Grande and John Legend–chose a losing member of their team to compete in the “Comeback.” A WORLDWIDE VOTE on Twitter, which ended Tuesday morning at 7 am ET, determines the winner.
The fine print: The winner will be added to the Instant Save competition during the November 9 Playoffs results show. The winner of the Instant Save performance moves on the the Live Finals. Who do you think will win the Comeback? The coach with the biggest worldwide fan base is Ariana. And her pick, Vaughn Mugol has Filipino heritage. Filipinos are enthusiastic fans of American singing shows. So, he’s probably got the edge.
As far as the Top 20 in concerned: Season 21 is full of talented singers. So many, that many of the Knockout eliminations were painful. And I suspect next week will be somewhat of a bloodbath. Consider the overabundance of R&B singers, all of them extremely talented. Blake has 3 on his team! Team Ariana contains the most pop singers.
