Simon Cowell’s appearance on the first X Factor UK live show is now in doubt.
British tabloids are reporting that Simon Cowell either slipped or fainted and then fell down the stairs this morning. He was was taken out of his house on a stretcher between 7:30 and 8:30 and driven to the hospital in the back of an ambulance. He underwent some tests there and is now already home.
His appearance on the first live show of X Factor UK S14 tomorrow night is now in doubt.

SIMON Cowell has been rushed to hospital after an accident at his London home, The Sun’s Bizarre column can reveal.
The X Factor mogul was stretchered out of his mansion in a neck brace after an ambulance was called at 8am this morning.
He is currently in hospital undergoing tests.
The 58-year-old is believed to have fainted and fallen down the stairs after fetching a cup of hot milk.
He had been at a Little Mix concert and had woken up at 6.45am.
A source close to Cowell said: “It’s been a scary morning. It was very early and Simon was going down his stairs to get some hot milk because he couldn’t sleep.
“He fainted and is thought to have fallen down the stairs.
“An ambulance was called and he was stretchered out of the house in a neck brace surrounded by worried aides.”
Simon is said to be in a stable condition in hospital.

The mogul fell down the stairs before being stretchered out of his London mansion in a neck brace, The Sun’s Bizarre column revealed today.
Simon is understood to have fainted and fallen down the stairs at 6:45 this morning after fetching a cup of hot milk.
He was raced to hospital in a neck splint between 7.30am and 8.30am and is currently undergoing tests.
Simon is said to be in a stable condition.
His girlfriend and mother of his three-year-old son, Eric, is currently en route from New York after news of his fall broke.
