Phillip Phillips made a surprise visit, along with his fellow Season 11 Idols, at the American idol Experience on Wednesday. The kids had the day off ahead of their Orlando Idols Live concert last night, and made the most of it by enjoying the park before capping off the day with a visit to the Disney World attraction.
As you can see, Phillip got to meet Micky and Minnie!
According to the DisneyParks blog, Phillip taped a series of short videos for the attraction. The rest of the Top 5– Jessica Sanchez, Joshua Ledet, Hollie Cavanah and Skylar Laine had taped their segments in a visit to Orlando back in May. But Phil had to postpone his trip due to impending kidney surgery.
Phillip had some advice for the kids on stage at the Experience, “Just get out there and do your thing. Have fun with it. Don’t let the nerves get to you.” Then he joked, “Like I’m nervous right now!”
