Pre-order is up on iTunes, standard and deluxe edition. I was able to pre-order the deluxe edition, but when I try to see tracklists, I only get “This item is not available in Slovenian store.” message.
Deluxe version costs 10,99€, standard version 8,99€. Expected release date: November 17th, 2014. Which is a Monday, one week before Black Friday week.
