Monday Morning Mediabase Update: Feb 3-9

Four milestones this week as our reality show artists go for the gold. Faster, Higher, Stronger!

First up are the guys from UK, One Direction. Right now, they are going in one direction: UP. Their “Story of My Life” climbed into the top 5 on HAC and top 15 on AC. That means the song is top 15 in the three mainstream formats and top 5 in two of them.

Are two other milestones are from Idols in the same formats. Daughtry’s “Waiting for Superman” went top 20 on AC and it too is charting on the three mainstream formats. Lee DeWyze’s “Fight” (debut single from his second album) moved into the top 40 on HAC.
