Maroon 5 Cancels Super Bowl Halftime News Conference – Maroon 5 has canceled its news conference to discuss the band’s Super Bowl halftime performance, choosing to not meet with reporters as most acts have done. The NFL announced Tuesday (Jan. 29) that “the artists will let their show do the talking as they prepare to take the stage this Sunday.” Maroon 5, with frontman Adam Levine, will be joined by former Outkast member Big Boi and Houston rapper Travis Scott at halftime of the game between the Los Angeles Rams and New England Patriots. – Read more at Billboard

Reigning The Voice Champ Chevel Shepherd Announces The One Life Project

Ariana Grande, Adam Lambert, and more to appear on Wicked 15th anniversary album – To celebrate the 15th anniversary of the acclaimed musical, Verve/UMe announced Friday that they’re releasing a new version of the Grammy Award-winning original cast album, titled Wicked: The 15th Anniversary Special Edition on Feb. 8. In addition to 19 tracks sung by the original cast, the special two-disc CD set will also include four bonus tracks recorded live during the NBC special A Very Wicked Halloween: Celebrating 15 Years On Broadway from last October. Hutchinson recently released the first two of six songs recorded and produced by the male half of country superstar duo Sugarland at Bush’s Atlanta studio.
