On Tuesday (Jan 24) and Wednesday (Jan 25) this week The Voice season 12 Battle Rounds will be taped at Universal Studios in Los Angeles.
And the FIRST season 12 Battle Round mentor has been revealed by Access Hollywood. Country star Luke Bryan will be helping Blake Shelton get his team ready for the epic duets that will determine which contestants move on to the Knockout Rounds.

Speaking of Knockout Rounds: There are still tickets available at 1Iota.com for the February 7 Knockout round tapings, which will include Blake and his fellow coaches for season 12, Adam Levine, Gwen Stefani and Alicia Keys.
The two sat for an irreverent interview with Access Hollywood to announce the news. Blake joked about how having his gal pal Gwen Stefani back on the panel elevated his mood to a high. But then “Luke brought me back down so that it feels like a normal season now!”
“Couldn’t let him get too happy,” quipped Bryan.
Blake revealed that he had been trying to get the country singer on his show for at least three years. “He ran out of excuses about why he can’t do it!,” Blake shared. Bryan admitted that Blake had asked him to mentor The Voice many times. “I have gladly told him no, until now,” said Bryan.
“I really enjoy this,” said Bryan about his opportunity to join The Voice, “It’s fun to be here and see new talent, new artists with a lot of dreams. I always want to help facilitate people’s dreams and get ’em going, get them out there chasing them.”

People magazine posted some new The Voice season 12 art, but then quickly took it down. I’m not sure what’s up with that, but here’s a preview of the key art: UPDATE: The Voice tweeted the full photo.
And a photo from the fun retro sitcom parody that aired during The Voice 11 finale in December:
