The lawyer who represents Bobbi Kristina Brown’s estate filed a civil lawsuit against her boyfriend, Nick Gordon, in the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia, on June 25, alleging that Gordon’s behavior “caused, among other things, substantial bodily harm to Brown.” It has also been alleged that Gordon has taken $11,000 from Bobbi Kristina’s bank accounts since her hospitalization.

The only child of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, Bobbi Kristina died on July 26 at 22, following nearly six months of hospitalization.

The stakes have been raised higher, however, when additional court documents were filed on Friday describing detailed abuse. The new filing claims that Bobbi Kristina died after Gordon gave her a toxic cocktail and placed her face down in the bathtub after she became unconscious.

The suit says at 6 AM on January 31st, hours before Bobbi Kristina was found dead, face down in the tub, Gordon came home from an all-night cocaine and alcohol bender. The suit claims he reviewed camera footage and became irate. Gordon began screaming at Bobbi Kristina, accusing her of cheating and calling her a “whore and bitch.”

According to the suit, their argument then went from room to room, and at some point, Gordon gave her the cocktail.  Once unconscious, Gordon dragged Bobbi Kristina to the bathroom where he placed her face down in a tub filled with cold water. Gordon got in bed, put his head on a female guest’s ankle and said, “Now I want a pretty little white girl like you.”

Fifteen minutes later, a guest discovered Bobbi Kristina in the tub. When she was pulled out, one of her teeth was hanging loosely from her mouth.  Police found a dust pan at the bottom of the tub.

Gordon joined them in the master bedroom, says the suit, and immediately let the water out, shouting, “Clean up, clean up.” After others began trying to give Bobbi Kristina mouth-to-mouth resuscitation, Gordon allegedly began slapping her, telling her to “wake up” while trying CPR between slaps. Eventually, she was transported to a hospital by a medical team, where she was revived and put into a medically induced coma.

Other alleged prior incidents of abuse include Gordon hitting Bobbi Kristina in the face so hard it broke the couch she was sitting on, knocking her to the floor, He continued to attack and kick her until she was bloody, and screaming in the fetal position. Bobbi Kristina’s tooth was knocked out in this incident.

The suit claims Gordon demanded Bobbi Kristina go upstairs and when she couldn’t manage on her own, he “dragged her upstairs by her hair and threw her in the master bedroom, leaving blood on the walls of the staircase. ”

Afterward, Gordon allegedly told the people present, “I don’t do this often.”

Among the criminal counts listed against Gordon, are assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, conversion, wrongful death and pain and suffering. The suit seeks at least $10 million. Click to read the full suit.

Nick Gordon has denied any wrongdoing, and says Bobbi Kristina had taken too many drugs.

UPDATE: Nick Gordon’s lawyers Joe Habachy and Jose Baez, respond, calling the allegations baseless and the suit a “fictitious assault.” Gordon is “heartbroken” they say. The Fulton County Medical Examiner’s office has said an initial autopsy revealed “no significant injuries.” Gordon has not been criminally charged.
