YouTube Original series Sugar, executive Produced by pop star and The Voice coach Adam Levine, was launched on YouTube Premium earlier this month. Special guest talent includes Maroon 5, Blake Shelton, Kelly Clarkson, Fifth Harmony, and more. The new series is inspired by the Maroon 5 music video ‘Sugar’ that boasts 2.5 billion views from around the world.
In Sugar, some of the world’s biggest musical artists come face to face with deserving fans for the surprise of their life. For instance, watch as American Idol OG winner and The Voice coach Kelly Clarkson crashes a wedding–a ruse set up by the bride’s sister. The singer performs “Piece By Piece” as a very surprised bride and groom dance their Wedding Dance.
Of course, Kelly can’t get through the performance without tearing up. “So they told me that you related to the song,” Kelly shared with the emotional bride. “I thought it might be a cool moment. That you found somebody better than what you were shown.”
