Found this over at Rickey’s –it’s a remix of the next Jordin Sparks single, “S.O.S. (Let the Music Play)”, from her new album, Battlefield. The tune uses the chorus of the Shannon 1983 disco classic, “Let the Music Play” as it’s main hook, and while I didn’t care for the album cut very much, this version kinda makes me want to go clubbing!
The remix is by Matt Pendergast, and is an example of Jordin stretching her style beyond the R&B flavored pop tunes that dominated her debut disc.
