Today we feature 4 Idols at two concerts in early December. From Idol Season 8, Adam Lambert performed a concert alongside Matchbox 20 frontman Rob Thomas. Meanwhile, a gaggle of Idols are performing with Scott Bradlee’s Postmodern Jukebox in Houston. This time it was Season 6’s runner-up Blake Lewis, Season 10’s 6th place finisher Casey Abrams and Season 14’s 7th place finisher, Joey Cook.
Meanwhile, rumour has it that there will be a surprise album dropped this Friday to shake up the marketplace. HDD teases that it could be Rihanna (who has been talking about dropping an album involving Samsung giving it away for free which got tied up because Rihanna wants BB to count the sales and BB refuses to consider “free” equal to “sold”), Beyonce (who has dropped a surprise album in the past to huge success), Bruno Mars (because Bruno just does what he wants? Look, “Uptown Funk”, major hit, why not? Introduce it to the world wearing gold curlers in his hair. Why not? It all works) or Kanye (Yo, Adele, I’m really happy for you, I’ma let you finish, but I have one of the best albums of all time! One of the best albums of all time!).
