The dentist who fixed the singer’s broken teeth says the Aerosmith frontman was in good spirits following his slip in the shower.

Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler is “doing splendidly” after getting two dental implants according to a Paraguayan dentist.

The Associated Press reports Dr. Maria Bastos found the singer “friendly and humble” following a fall in the shower at his Paraguay hotel that left him with cuts on his face and two missing teeth. The dentist went on the radio Wednesday to talk about his visit and said he “surprised me with his cheerfulness.”

Steven Tyler – Food Poisoning to Blame for Shower Accident

Steven Tyler was suffering from dehydration caused by a bout of food poisoning when he collapsed in a Paraguay hotel shower today … sources connected to Tyler tell TMZ.

Tyler was reportedly treated for injuries to his face … including loss of teeth … after the accident occurred.

Kelly Clarkson Talks New Album; Singer Feels At Ease With The Release Of ‘Stronger’

LOS ANGELES — It may have taken some time, but Kelly Clarkson seems to finally be releasing an album without any drama on the side.

“Everything is good, everything is happy, ” she said, laughing brightly during a recent interview to promote “Stronger, ” released this week.

It’s a different scenario than her last two albums: She went through public disputes with legendary executive and mogul Clive Davis over her third album and with OneRepublic singer-songwriter Ryan Tedder after her last album was released.

Josh Gracin’s ‘Redemption’ coming Nov. 8

Josh Gracin, who followed a fourth-place finish on American Idol with a string of country hits, will release his third album, Redemption, on Nov. 8.

Josh wrote or co-wrote every song on the album except one, a cover of John Mayer’s Edge of Desire. He also wrote a song for the album with Ruben Studdard, who won the second season of Idol, in which Josh competed. Redemption also includes two versions of Josh’s top 20-AC hit, Long Way to Go.

Pissing Match Erupts Between ‘X Factor’ & ‘Dancing’ – THE PHOTO

A battle over the crapper is underway at the studio where “X Factor” and “Dancing with the Stars” are taped … rife with allegations of toilet squatting … and TMZ has obtained a photo of the sign that set the whole thing off.

Both shows tape at the legendary CBS Studios in Hollywood — and recently, one of the common restrooms contained a sign with the “X Factor” logo.

Someone named Rob who works at “Dancing with the Stars” felt the “X Factor” people were claiming the bathroom as their own … so he left an angry note right on the door which reads, “These restrooms are for everyone. If you have a problem with that, come see me. I’m on stage 46. Just ask for Rob. I’m the 6’ 3” black man.”

Chaz Bono’s ‘Dancing With the Stars’ Exit: ‘I’m Not Leaving the Show Bitter or Angry’

Lacey called out the judges’ “disrespectful” comments after the show, and during his results night package, Chaz was visibly frustrated with the remarks about his weight. But after their elimination, both seemed to accept the news.

“I was quite angry [Monday] night, ” he said, “but I feel really good [tonight], and I’m just grateful to have had the experience. I’m not leaving the show bitter or angry or anything… It was a wonderful, life-changing experience.”
