Backstage after this week’s American Idol performance show, the contestants looked remarkably relaxed. And that’s surprising, given the high drama of last Thursday’s results show when Casey Abrams, saved from elimination, looked like he was on the verge of collapse – and the fact that two of them will be shown the door Thursday night.
But looks can be deceiving, and probably are with this bunch, because the axes hanging over their heads have only gotten sharper: The judges can’t save anybody else. “Of course, there’s pressure added, because the save is gone, ” says Naima Adedapo. “But I think they used it on the right person.”

Cafe Aroma in Casey’s hometown of Idyllwild, CA just renamed a section of the joint … the “Casey Abrams American Idol Lounge.”
Employees tell us, Casey’s such a big shot at the restaurant — which features belly dancers — they’ve even put his name on his favorite dish … “Casey Abrams Gnocchi Alfredo” … 6 meatballs included.

Idol Contestants Flee Haunted Mansion!
Although Pia experienced a taste of paranormal activity she says, “That wasn’t the reason we left the house.”
As funny as it would be to think the Idols were run out of the house by a ghost, it turns out their mansion wasn’t as nice as TV made it out to be and the contestants weren’t shy to share!
“We had leaks, ” Naima told us.
“The house was just kind of falling apart, ” Stefano Langone said. “Ants were all over my room. We relocated for a temporary thing. We’re at some hotel now.”

Is there “Life on Mars”? Sue Sylvester is about to find out as she gets in touch with her inner David Bowie on “Glee.”
“I’m dressing up as David Bowie today, ” Jane Lynch revealed on Wednesday’s Access Hollywood Live of her upcoming shoot for the hit FOX show.
Jane revealed her Cheerios coach character would be donning one of the many looks of the Thin White Duke at McKinley High.
“Sue Sylvester is going incognito as David Bowie today, ” Jane said. “I mean, come on. Who gets this kind of stuff?”
