Adam Lambert is from San Diego, CA, but currently lives in Hollywood. He began singing at age 10, and has been involved with musical theater for the past eight years, notably the Los Angeles cast of Wicked.
Adam’s got the 70 heavy-metal androgyny deal, with crazy insane vocal ability, and an amazing range–all were on display during his semi-final performance of “Satisfaction”, which helped him sail into the semi-finals.
Adam has a shot to go deep into this competition, if not win it outright. We’ll see if his outrageous style is too much for America. But so far, so good.
