Adam Lambert Opens Up About Kesha’s Legal Battle, Returning to the ‘American Idol’ Stage – Lambert also opened up about Kesha, whom he recently spent time with in Nashville, Tennessee, where the embattled singer accepted the Visibility Award at the 21st Annual Human Rights Campaign Nashville Equality Dinner earlier this month. “From what I know, she’s doing really well,” Lambert said. “We go way back from when we first both got signed so it was really nice to see her.” Lambert’s not the only former Idol fave to return to the singing competition this year. The dream continues for Jordan Smith with his debut album – Jordan Smith has had the experience of walking into his hometown Wal-Mart and seeing an album of his on the shelves. “It was so crazy to see so many of my face; so many pictures of myself there in the store,” Smith says after seeing the album of his performances on Season 9 of The Voice on sale in Harlan. “It was really special to see that there, and see a lot of hard work kind of in a physical form there.
