ELIZABETH BANKS TO HOST SNL ON NOV. 14 WITH MUSICAL GUEST DISCLOSURE – On Nov. 14, Elizabeth Banks will make her “Saturday Night Live” hosting debut. Banks can next be seen in the highly anticipated “Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2,” in theatres November 4. She is also coming off directing and starring in “Pitch Perfect 2” and a critically-acclaimed role in the film “Love and Mercy.” Disclosure will also make their SNL debut as musical guest. Their second album, “Caracal,” was released in September to rave reviews. ‘American Idol’ star Candice Glover to perform in Panthers’ half-time show – St. Helena Island native and “American Idol” season 12 winner Candice Glover will perform during the Carolina Panthers’ half-time show Sunday in Charlotte, according to Glover’s mother, Carol Glover. The game is set for 8:30 p.m. at the Bank of America Stadium, a 75,413-seat venue.
