David Archuleta vlogs about recent developments in his career–delving into songwriting, the connection to his fans and splitting with Jive records and his management.
There have been a lot of changes at Jive, says David, including label chief, Barry Weiss and A&R guy, Jeff Fenster.
David says he had offers to continue working with Jive, but he didn’t feel it was the right thing.
As far as splitting with WEG management, he says he realized, “This is not where I need to be right now.”
