Check out the new song from Danny Gokey, the tearjerker, “I Will Not Say Goodbye”, performed last night at the Corners, in Jupiter FL.
Obviously the song is about his late wife Sophia. The new songs so far have been mostly ballads–it seems the big emotional country ballads are going to be Danny’s calling card.
Danny mentions vocal problems at the end of the song–he has trouble hitting the high notes.
Give those vocal cords a rest, buddy!
