Alrighty then! Constantine Maroulis, who is about to hit Broadway in a revival on the musical Jekyll and Hyde the National Anthem ahead of the Yankees home opener in New York yesterday.
He didn’t forget the words, or mess up in any obvious way. It was just a really, really–shall I say–unique approach to the song we’re all familiar with. By the end of the performance, I’m surprised Contantine’s head didn’t explode all over the field. I was a little frightened, to be honest.
