Singer and The Voice coach, Usher, was victorious today at an emergency custody hearing his wife Tameka called after their 5 year old son nearly died when his arm was caught in a pool drain at the singer’s Atlanta mansion.

Usher and his family dodged a near-tragedy yesterday, when his 5 year old son was freed after getting stuck to a pool drain yesterday afternoon by a couple of audio contracts who were thankfully on the premises at the singer’s house.
