Casey James was taken to a local hospital last night after the Idols Live show at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis.
According to his mom, Casey was treated, released and will be performing tonight in Des Moines.

Got a number of a hospital. He sounded sick over the phone today. He must have gotten worse. I will let y’all know something on a bit.

He wanted me to thank every one of our Twitter “family” to say thank y’all so very much for the prayers and thoughtful tweets in his behalf. He will be performing tomorrow.
