Carrie Underwood has been out and about this week promoting her Christmas album My Gift, along with her holiday special, which is streaming on HBO Max right now. Check out Carrie’s appearances on NBC’s Tonight and Today. Plus, Carrie teamed up for a Spanish language duet with Latin artist David Bisbal.

Carrie chats with Jimmy Fallon on Tonight to chat with Jimmy, sings O Holy Night

On the Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon, Carrie talked about recording My Gift in the summer. She joked that she preferred living Christmas for most of 2020 rather than the alternative.  Also, she told a funny story about her 5 year old son Isaiah writing a Santa’s list for Jake, his almost 2 year old little brother. The entire list consisted of “random baby toys.” 

Carrie returned in another segment to perform a lovely rendition of the classic Christmas song, “O Holy Night.”

On the Today show, Carrie talks about duetting with her son, American Idol win, sings “Let There Be Peace”

On TODAY’s Citi Music Series, Carrie talked to Today about her holiday special, her album My Gift, her son Isaiah singing with her on her recording of “Little Drummer Boy,” and her Christmas plans with her family.

Carrie also joined Hoda and Jenna during the fourth hour of the Today Show and talked more about her Christmas album, and answered questions from some of her biggest fans. She and Hoda also reminisced about an interview from 15 years prior following Carrie’s American Idol win.

And Carrie sang an original Christmas song from My Gift, “Let There Be Peace”

Carrie Joins David Bisbal for a “Tears of Gold” Spanish language duet

And lastly–Carrie is one busy lady. Along with all the Christmas activities, the singer managed to squeeze in a Spanish language duet, “Tears of Gold” with David Bisbal.

The song will appear on Bisbal’s upcoming En Tus Planes deluxe album. Both have a reality television background in common. Carrie won the 4th season of American Idol while Bisbal started his career on the reality singing show Operacion Triunfo.
