AGT 2023 Finale: Which act WILL win it all? Which act SHOULD win it all? VOTE!
The America’s Got Talent season 18 finale is upon us. The Top 11 finalists performed Tuesday night (Sept 26). Now all that’s left is the voting. That is, the voting for who you think WILL and SHOULD win the season. The AGT 2023 champ will be revealed on Wednesday’s grand finale (Sept 27) beginning at 9 pm ET/PT on NBC. (Read our Recap)
In the past few seasons, America’s Got Talent has streamlined it format. An act that makes it all the way to the finale only performs a total of three times. MONTHS pass between when the auditions are filmed in Pasadena in April and the live Qualifiers. That gives acts weeks to think about and prepare for their Qualifiers performances. That’s why an act’s second performance is usually a step up from their audition.
But acts who make the finale only have a few weeks to prepare a final performance. Whoa to the acts who only advanced to the finale in the last couple of weeks. They all have much less time to prepare. So, despite the judges gushing that acts’ final performances were their best ever, they mostly…weren’t. Ramadhani Brothers and Murmuration were the two acts who truly stepped up from last time. Either one would be worthy winners!
