It sounds like Idol producers are cutting the Top 40 to the Top 20, getting ready for the “Sudden Death” round, doesn’t it?
EW reported that there is one more round in Hollywood to narrow the contestants down to 20 singers. The Top 20 will be voted on by America in a single sudden death round that will select the Idol finalists from among two groups of ten.
Hm. Sounds like the producers are choosing the Top 20 this week.
