Tons of Idols are in town tonight, many of them set to perform in a giant send off for departing Idol judge, Simon Cowell.
I’ve been loving me some Idol synergy. Idols have been tweeting all sorts of photos in the past two days. Constantine, Taylor Hicks, Bo Bice, Blake Lewis, Jordin Sparks, Chris Richardson, Kristy Lee Cook, Melinda Doolittle, David Archuleta, Elliott Yamin, Carly Smithson, Clay Aiken, Ruben Studdard, Kelly Clarkson, Fantasia, Michael Sarver, Scott MacIntyre, Matt Giraud AND more are in town for tonight’s big finale.

Kelly Clarkson and Fantasia will duet. Elliott Yamin and Taylor Hicks are set to sing together. Blake Lewis, Jordin Sparks, Michael Johns have confirmed performances. Carrie Underwood, Kris Allen, Enrique Iglesias and Christina Aguilera will perform their singles. Janet Jackson, Alice Cooper, Chicago, The Bee Gees and Hall and Oats are rumored to appear. Paula Abdul is rumored to attend!

- Matt Giraud and Michael Sarver just finished talking to Brooke and Justin. Both picked Lee to win.
- Ha ha! @jambajim tweeted, “TONY ORLANDO JUST ENTERED THE NOKIA THEATER!!! To quote the great @mjsbigblog, “I love this cheesy show.”
- Vonzel Soloman tells Brooke and Justin everyone’s a winner, but she’s going with Crystal. Says the process was overwhelming and she prayed a lot.
- Scott MacIntrye is flashing his new CD. Scott says “the person with the guitar” will win. Says last night they “both erased their Idol history and wrote a new chapter.”

- Tatiana Del Toro tells Jim C. that she’s working on an album and is “confirmed for a few films.” (She’s crazy!)
- Kim Caldwell talks about her new album “Without Regret” with Brooke and Justin. A jewelry discussion ensues. She’s Team Bowersox.
- Kris Allen would tell Lee and Crystal get as much sleep as you can and be “really happy.” “They probably have to sing like 18 songs..remember the words!” Kris is kicking off his tour in New Jersey tomorrow.
- Allison Iraheta talks style with Justin and Brooke. Brooke and Michael Johns met Allison at a charity event before she tried out for Idol.
- Chris Richardson‘s single is coming out in August, the album later this year.
- Anoop Desai wears fake glasses! (with contacts!) “It’s all about how hard you work it.” All is Fair is available everywhere now!
- Jim C is asking the male contestants (Matt and Sarver so far) if a female can ever win Idol again. Lulz.
- Bo Bice “I got my butt kicked by Carrie Underwood“. Pimps his new album “3”.
- Jason Castro says it “feels kind of like Christmas” Jason is Team Bowersox! But thinks Lee will win.
- Mikhala Gordon interviews William Hung. Yikes. But, he’s Team Bowersox!
- David Archuleta and Brooke sing “We are family”. “People love Ellen!” Archie says Crystal really nailed it last night, but Lee has grown, and viewers like that.
- Nigel Lythgoe is on the Red Carpet with Raquel Welch! Nigel thinks Crystal will win.
- Chicago tells JimC that they’ll be performing a medley of their hits with a male contestant.
