NBC Fall Schedule: The Voice Goes to 2 Cycles, 3 Hours a Week, Smash Held to Midseason, Sing Off Cancelled

NBC announced its new Fall schedule today. Three hours of The Voice a week, right off the bat, with its Tuesday episode is scheduled for 8 pm. Unless FOX mixes things up, The Voice will compete against Glee.

Smash will once again be held until mid-season, which is bad news for fans who have a long wait ahead of them for the season 2 premiere.

The Voice will run in the Fall and Spring (with a different set of coaches). Also there are some “tweaks” being introduced for the fall.

I have 100% NOT been paying attention to the current season of Britain’s Got Talent. It took news reports to tell me that the season finale aired last night on ITV.

The winner? Ashley And Pudsey. NO. They aren’t a singing duo! Pudsey is a dog. Yes, a dog act won Britain’s Got Talent, 2012. God bless them.
